Join us for our first ever Manhattan MasterClass. Typically made with whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters, the Manhattan is one of the six basic classics known in North America cocktail culture. During this Masterclass our expert bartenders will demonstrate how to make the perfect drink along with select variations to suit your palate. $60.00 per person* and great for small to medium sized groups.

Hosted by our award winning head chef Francis Martinez, you and your group will learn about Japanese knives, proper usage and sharpening tips. During this highly entertaining Masterclass, you’ll participate in preparing a mirepoix which will then be used in a meal that you can take home after the event. One of the most unique team building events and perfect for groups from 8 - 40 who love to socialize and cook!

At FinePrint, we featuring a variety of areas to suit your mood. Totalling 90 seats on the main level, the restaurant can be booked for private events on select dates.

HEMINGWAY PRIVATE DINING ROOM
The Hemingway is our private dining room and has capacity for up to 12. Featuring a 20 foot original art installation by artist Cory Nespor, the setting can be curated to host the most descreet business lunch to a fabulous closing party and everything in between. The Hemingway is where plans for world domination are best hatched.
FRONT LOUNGE
Our front lounge and bar is a great place to host a function or celebrate with friends. Featuring one of the largest “wine walls in Alberta” and nestled between the New York style bar and our patio, the lounge can accommodate a wide number of groups in seated/standing configurations.
